Roy Romanow Keynote Speech - Engaging Canadians: Leadership for Change

Leadership in the 21st century is no longer about ‘command and control’ but about ‘inform and engage’” the Hon. Roy Romanow told a leadership conference in Kingston, Ontario on September 18. “We’re going to have to find new ways of engaging with each other, having meaningful conversations, asking the right questions and seeking answers that will lead to change.”
